Creative arts psychotherapy for young people with mental health difficulties.
Description
This project will explore mental health interventions for young people with mental health difficulties, specifically creative arts psychotherapies (art, drama, music, dance and movement therapies). It will adopt quantitative and qualitative methods to systematically develop an effective and accessible model for creative arts psychotherapy intervention. This intervention will be targeted to young people’s needs and our research will explore its feasibility and benefits.
